Project Description:  An approximately 26′-8″ long x 23′-6″ tall, below-grade, reinforced cast-in-place concrete weir structure and valve vault.  The existing 96″ diameter pipeline was required to remain in-service throughout the construction phase.  High early-strength concrete and precast concrete elements were implemented to facilitate design requirements.
